How to Register in iSqFt
DTP’s main subcontractor for the project is Denver Transit Constructors (DTC), which is comprised of Fluor Enterprises, Balfour Beatty Rail and Ames Construction. DTC is utilizing the iSqFt program to assist in the distribution of bid opportunities.
Interested contractors should register with iSqFt to stay current of upcoming opportunities (upcoming opportunities are also available here).
Among other advantages, iSqFt will allow DTC to comprehensively and efficiently distribute packages to pre-registered bidders. Registration is easy and the program is user friendly. The iSqFt program provides same time general information to all. Through iSqFt, interested contractors and vendors can quickly access bid packages, specifications, drawings and documents.

How to Register in iSqFt
Fill out the -
Contractor – Vendor Notice of Interest Form. - Send the completed form to either opportunities@dtpjv.com or mail to:
DTP Contracting Opportunities 1670 Broadway, Suite 2700, Denver, CO 80202. - You will receive a notification from our procurement management system, iSqFt.com, with a prequalification form. Fill out the package as completely as possible and return with your copy of your DBE and/or RTD SBE certification. Please contact DTP at 303-297-7555 or at opportunities@dtpjv.com if you do not receive the form within 10 days.
- You will receive bid opportunities based upon your work codes for iSqFt. Continue to monitor our website and your iSqFt account for bid opportunities.
